Shabu-Shabu is a traditional Japanese cuisines cooking your own food right at the table. Shabu-shabu means "swish-swish", referring to the swishing action and sound when you cook a very thin slice of beef in hot pots of broth.
Shabu-shabu is healthy, delicious, and most of all, it's fun!
How to eat Shabu-shabu
- while the broth is boiling, enjoy our entree and sashimi set.
- When the broth boils, start cooking some vegtables.When the vegtables are ready, serve with ponz sauces. Ponz sauce cools down the vegtables nicely.
- Put a slice of meat in the b oiling broth. As soon as the beef changes the colour, it's ready.
- Try the sesame sauce for the meat.
after finishing vegtables and meat, it's time for either Udon. Cook udon for approximately 1-2 minutes. Then enjoy with your sauce of preference.
